What is styronit?

styronit ready mate plaster and covering equipment, is a product that has a special combination and made up of natural substances which can be used as ready plaster and it is designed for protection in exterior and inner sides of buildings to minimize energy consumption in housing and to provide asked isolation in optimum application thickness and to create a livable, comfortable environment without threating human health. This plaster that showing permanent characteristics and created in an unchanging compound is used in both external and inner sides of the buildings. After covering application is done, this substance shows equal durability and a homogeneous surface tidiness in the whole surface of the wall.

Qualifications and Advantages of styronit

NATURAL: styronit  has volcanic tuffs, natural inorganic stones and organic substances in its structure. styronit doesn’t include cement. styronit maybe regarded as industrial adobe.

BREATHING: For wall’s breathing, substance that makes wall structure profile must have a low vapor diffusion resistance value. Vapor diffusion resistance value of filling samples which have been applied with styronit ready plaster changes between μ = 1,0 -3,0 after having a setting. It avoids problems as perspiration and condensation and deformations as walls' having moisture, mold and paints' falling down.

ISOLATING IN ONE PIECE: Applying styronit with liquid plaster methods enables covering all irregularities in buildings continuously and in same thickness. Continuous, one piece isolation, avoids heat bridges, high heat performance is acquired and condensation never happens on building walls.

FIREPROOF: Isolation substances that have petroleum raw materials can not endure high temperatures moreover they cause poisonings because they exhale poisonous gases during a fire. styronit is in A class fireproof materials, it doesn’t have an effect on fire load.
